Rubber Powered Cabin Cruiser

Wanted a fun cabin cruiser as a way to experiment with homemade folding props. So far this is what I have as a test carcass. First flight had too much incidence in the elevator. During filghts I thought it was just tail heavy and kept adding clay to the nose. It finally mushed down to a level flight but I knew something was weird. At home I took a flexible straight edge and confirmed my elevator was not in line with the thrust line, so I re-set it. I boxed in the nose with sheet balsa because I figured I needed nose weight. I was right, After changing the incidence and sheeting the nose, it is much easier to trim and NO extra nose weight is needed (probably saved .25 oz of flying weight). Total weight was 2.25 oz and now is just 2 oz. Next is to build a few folders and see what the big deal is with carving a prop.
